• Event staff will evaluate your proposed act and its appropriateness for the event/events requested.

• Performance times are available in 30 minute increments up to 120 minutes.

• Check-in at the stage at designated load in time. Use the time before your performance to assemble individual performance rigs (i.e. drum kits, props, keyboard stands, etc.) and inform the sound person of any special needs you have for your performance. Does not apply to all performances.

• Most performances will take place on a 16’ x 24’ mobile stage located outdoors. Mountain West Production Group will
provide sound production for your performance.

• You are responsible for the equipment you bring. Do not leave your instruments or equipment unsupervised. The
City of Westminster is not responsible for lost or damaged property.

• Festivals take place outdoors. A side walled tent will be located near stage as a green room.

• Parking is at a premium during events. We ask that you try to carpool when ever possible and allow at least 20 minutes to park and walk to the stage. You may quickly unload equipment in the loading zone.

• Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the City of Westminster, events, its officers, agents, volunteers
and employees from any and all claims, suits or actions of every name, kind and description brought forth from,

property resulting from the performances at City of Westminster events.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants are informed of and follow these rules. The application must be completed, signed, and dated. Groups will be notified by email by May 31 if they have been selected to perform.
